Staff Housing
We are proud to be able to offer colleagues and leaders subsidized staff accommodations while they are employed with us. Staff housing arrangements will vary depending on your job level and seniority within the hotel.
MOUNTAIN LIVING MADE EASY
Entry-level Housing
$13.00/day
Located on four floors below the guest room floors in the north wing of the hotel, entry-level housing is dorm-style and may accommodate up to four people in a room. These units offer twin beds, a shared washroom with stand-up shower, and a living space with table and chairs. These units are all located near a Common Room, which features a full kitchen and coin-laundry facilities. All utilities and internet are included in the daily rate.
YOUR PLACE TO RECHARGE
Leadership-level Housing
Located on Beaver Street in the town of Banff, our leadership accommodations are two-bedroom apartments and may accommodate up to three people total. The rooms offer twin beds, a shared washroom with a shower/bathtub combo, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. The building includes shared coin-laundry facilities, indoor bike racks and additional storage space. Utilities and Cable TV are included in the daily rate; internet is not included.
Shared: $15.00/day
Single: $17.50/day
Single Unit: $15.50/day

Staff Cafeteria
The Rock is our colleague-only staff cafeteria. Each colleague is entitled to one free hot buffet meal per working day. Our culinary team is committed to making a variety of hot, delicious meals for our staff every day of the year. Each meal includes a build-your-own salad bar from a rotational selection of ingredients. The Rock also offers colleagues unlimited soft drinks, coffee and tea throughout the day.
Additional meals per day can be purchased starting at $2.00 per meal.
